Very Good Product, Just A Couple Caveats, The wife surprised me with this gift for us soon for the holiday season. This type of function / cool factor of something that has always wanted, so we saved, and at that price, it is only a gift given this year … for each of us.
Installation is simple stupid. You plug-in and metal boxes, where you have the power to the controller, press a few buttons on the boxes and you're ready. Windows Media Connect sharing works perfectly with Windows Media Player 11 (WMP11), which includes all the DRM WMA files that we downloaded from the Zune Marketplace using our ZunePass. Unfortunately, lossless WMA files is not supported, so I need to convert my library ~ 320kbps MP3 (dBpowerAMP Yay).
Controller uses the iPod-like interface, so it should be known to most people, and very intuitive for those who are not (although I feel that the interface of the Zune is better in all directions).
I definitely give the thumbs up. Just be prepared to drop some coin for the package of goodwill, and cry, if you have always wanted to expand into multiple rooms.
